Do participants need to arrange their own flight tickets and visas?
Participants are responsible for arranging their own flight tickets and visas.
The organizers will cover basic expenses, transportation, and accommodation during the forum period.
The organizers will not pay for any personal expenses incurred before or after the event.

- Once participation is confirmed, an official letter will be issued to the participant under the name of KED (The Korea Economic Daily) for confirmation purposes only.
- We do not provide additional documents such as letters of guarantee or statements of purpose for visa issuance.
- We also do not make phone calls to embassies on behalf of applicants.

Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
While the organizers hold group insurance, individual travel insurance is not provided, so we strongly recommend purchasing your own travel insurance before the event.

Do I need to bring my own personal medicine or first-aid supplies?
Basic first-aid supplies will be provided by the organizers.
But if you have allergies, bring your medication and keep it with you at all times.
Due to variations in drug dosages by country, we highly recommend bringing your own emergency medicine.

What kind of clothing should I prepare?
There is no dress code during the event. However, it is recommended to wear business attire on the day of the presentation contest.(April 2nd)

Can I participate as an individual?
Individual participation is not allowed.

Will a certificate of participation be issued?
An official certificate of completion will be issued only to participants who complete all programs of the forum.
Participants who leave in the middle of the event or fail to complete the full program will not be eligible to receive the certificate.

What kind of ideas should I submit? Is a prototype required?
Any creative and feasible startup idea is welcome, regardless of the topic.
A prototype is not required, and ideas in the conceptual stage are also accepted.

Do I need to prepare and submit the presentation materials in advance?
Yes. You are required to prepare your presentation materials in advance and submit them to the designated email address.

- The team leader will be asked to submit presentation file, script, and performance materials to be used in the performances, such as sounds and images, etc. (within. 7 min).
- File Type: Microsoft PowerPoint (Prezi/Canva is not accepted). Visual materials may be used.
