Consent on the collection & use of personal information
(개인정보 수집·이용 동의)

  • The Korea Economic Daily would like to collect the following personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act.
  • Please read the following contents sufficiently, and check whether to consent.
  • - Purpose of the collection&use of personal information: Event progress hosted by Korea Economic Daily, announcement of result, dispatch of gift, etc.
  • - Collected item: Name, date of birth, telephone number, residing country, and email address
  • - Possession / use period of personal information : 90 days from the collection date
  • 한국경제신문은 개인정보 보호법 등에 의거하여 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고자 합니다.
  • 아래의 사항을 충분히 읽어보신 후 동의 여부를 체크해주시기 바랍니다.
  • - 개인정보 수집·이용 목적 : 한국경제신문이 주최하는 이벤트 진행, 결과공지, 상품발송 등
  • - 수집항목 : 이름, 생년월일, 전화번호, 거주국, 이메일주소
  • - 개인정보의 보유,이용기간 : 수집일로부터 90일
You may not consent the collection and use of personal information above, and if you refuse to consent, the participation of event would be not possible.

Precaution (유의사항)

  • - The winner of event would be selected in random drawings, and we would not take any objection on this.
  • - Taxes and dues of gift, shall be the responsibility of winner.
  •   (Upon the reception of mail in overseas, you may have to pay taxes to the residing country, and in this case, the tax shall be the responsibility of winner.)
  • - The shipping charge of gift would be paid by us. (Upon the shipping to overseas, it would be also paid by us.)
  • - For the purpose of income report, the winner shall have to submit the identification or copy of passport to us, and we would immediately destroy the collected personal information as soon as the completion of the report of income.
  • - When the winner failed to be contacted or to submit the requested information (identification, place to receive the gift, etc.) by April 25 after the announcement of result, the winning may be canceled.
  • - The submitted work (video) will be used for marketing purposes (in the shape of edited or original copy) such as project promotion, progress of ASVF final competition, etc. by Korea Economic Daily Co., Ltd., KT&G, and Meritz Securities regardless of winning of event, and the participant shall be deemed to consent on this.
  • - The announced gift can be replaced with other gift in the same price range in accordance with our circumstances.
  • - Any works with concern to damage the honor of others, to distribute the illegal information, infringement of copyright, portrait rights, etc., may not participate in the event, and all problems incurred from the civil /criminal dispute such as copyright, etc., shall be the responsibility of applicant.
  • - The contents of event may be changed in accordance with our circumstances.
  • - 이벤트 당첨자는 무작위로 추첨하여 선정하며 이에대한 이의신청은 받지 않습니다.
  • - 상품의 제세공과금은 당첨자 본인 부담입니다. (해외에서 우편물 수령시 거주국가에 세금을 내야하는 경우가 있으며 이 경우 역시 세금은 본인부담입니다.)
  • - 상품의 배송료는 주최측 부담입니다. (해외배송시 해외배송료도 주최측에서 부담합니다.)
  • - 소득신고를 위해 당첨자는 신분증 또는 여권사본을 주최측에 제출하셔야 하며 주최사는 수집한 개인정보를 소득신고후 지체없이 파기합니다.
  • - 결과 발표 후 4월 25일까지 연락이 닿지 않거나 요청한 정보(신분증, 상품 수령지 등)를 보내지 않은 당첨자는 당첨이 취소될 수 있습니다.
  • - 제출하신 저작물(영상)은 이벤트 당첨유무에 상관없이 ㈜한국경제신문, KT&G, 메리츠증권에서 프로젝트 홍보, ASVF 본선대회 진행과 같은 마케팅 용도로(편집 또는 원본형태로) 활용할 예정이며, 참가자는 이에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
  • - 공지된 상품은 주최측 사정에 따라 동일한 가격대의 다른 상품으로 대체될 수 있습니다.
  • - 모든 작품은 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 불법 정보 유포, 저작권, 초상권 침해 등의 소지가 있는 경우 참여할 수 없으며, 저작권 등 민·형사상분쟁에 따른 모든 문제는 응모자 본인에게 책임이 있습니다.
  • - 이벤트 내용은 주최측의 사정에 따라 다소 변경될 수 있습니다.
You may not consent the aforementioned contents of precaution, and if you refuse to consent, the participation of event would be not possible.
